Safety and content rules
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to links, text, product information, account activity, generated reports, and any other material used with BenchReels. You must follow applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, and the terms of every video platform or data source you use.
Prohibited content and activity
The following categories are prohibited individually and may not be requested, organized, promoted, or facilitated through BenchReels:
1. Pornography and NSFW content
Sexual content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, and adult services or content intended to evade age or platform restrictions are prohibited.
2. Violence and gore
Graphic violence, promotion of self-harm or harm to others, threats, cruelty, and content designed to glorify or provide instructions for violent wrongdoing are prohibited.
3. Hate speech
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM
Any sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or material that endangers children is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Face swap, “nudify,” intimate-scene synthesis, fabricated speech or actions, and other deceptive impersonation involving real people are prohibited. BenchReels does not offer deepfake or face-swap features. Do not use public video references to impersonate a creator or imply endorsement.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not use BenchReels to reproduce protected video, audio, artwork, logos, brand names, or other material without a valid legal right or applicable permission. Analysis of a public reference does not grant a license to copy it.
Other prohibited activity
- Privacy violations, doxxing, stalking, or targeting private individuals.
- Deceptive claims, fraudulent offers, phishing, or impersonation of BenchReels.
- Circumventing platform access controls, rate limits, robots rules, or licensing restrictions.
- Unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, malware, or interference with the service.
- Illegal gambling, controlled substances, weapons, or other prohibited commerce.
- Academic cheating, professional deception, or decisions that require qualified review.
Platform-side moderation
BenchReels is designed to screen submitted text before model processing using Waffo Prompt Sift. Live launch is gated until that integration is verified. The product must continue with additional checks on model output before presenting results and must maintain an actively updated blocklist covering sexual content, CSAM, violence, hate, self-harm, deepfakes, public figures, and copyright-sensitive material.
Moderation logs, automated verdicts, and human-review decisions should be retained only for safety, appeals, and legal purposes under the approved retention policy. A blocked or pending request must not be sent to the analysis model as though it were approved.
Reporting and appeals
Report abusive input, harmful output, or suspected rights violations to support@benchreels.com with a description, relevant account or report identifier, and the URL in question. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge safety reports within two business days and may request additional context.
A user affected by moderation may request a review through the same address. Human review may confirm, reverse, or narrow an automated decision. Access to an appeal does not guarantee restoration.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and repeat behavior, BenchReels may warn, limit features, remove content, invalidate unused paid access where the Terms and applicable law permit, suspend, or terminate an account. Immediate action may be taken for credible threats, CSAM, serious fraud, evasion of moderation, or legal demands.
